The hotel location was close to where I needed to be for business
The lack of information about there being no evening meal available; the room was cold; having breakfast at the time I wanted (07.30 - not unreasonable) was difficult for the staff; the wrong food and drink was brought to me at breakfast (but I din't have time to argue as I had an apppointment to keep); the lock on the room was difficult to operate and not explained on arrival.

We chose it because there was no possibility in Cambridge we were going to visit. It was a choice by default.

Very clean and bed very comfortable, good continental breakfast and excellent location for our purposes. Quiet and friendly.
Small points but could not find any bedside light switches? Also only two staff as far as we could see which could be a problem for some at times? No cots available for babies.

The rooms are nice as they've been refurbished
I haven't yet had breakfast here as it doesn't start early enough and I ended up paying for a double as was advised the single rooms were tiny!!

The room was nice, the hotel decor was lovely and the area was well maintained, pretty and serene.
It was like a ghost hotel and there was nobody at reception to greet the customer. Upon dialling 200 a nice lady came from the house opposite and checked us in.. However, we had been travelling and had arrived around 5 pm and I asked the lady when the restaurant would open for something to eat and she said simply 'later, much later'. When pressed about something to eat she pointed down the road and said there were many places to get food down the road. The room was lovely if a little dusty but there were only 2 bath towels and no hand towels which we thought a bit meagre..

The location was good.
There was never anyone at reception a real "ghost town" contact was via a phone when you were eventually answered begrudgingly.I Don`t think the people owning/running this hotel believe in hospitality, more so their customers are a nuisance they have to endure. There was never a sign of the bar or restaurant ever opening and there was weeks of filth down one side of the bed in my cramped room. There are budget hotels and there is this one, -not even a small bar of soap or any coffee making facilities and on the first day the room wasn`t even entered leaving no change of towels or bed made up despite being vacated from 10 am.After complaining we eventually had towels put outside our room the following day.
